Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of paying or within seven days of receiving your goods, whichever is the longer.
If you have received the goods then in order to receive a full refund you must return them to our returns address at 66, Columbine Road, Ely, Cambs, CB6 3WN.
If the goods are received in resaleable condition then a full refund will be issued. You have a duty of care towards the goods whilst they are in your possession and if they are not returned in a resaleable condition then Aviation Technology and Hardware reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund as deemed necessary to cover the damage.
If the goods are in your possession longer than the cooling off period described above, then a 20% restocking fee will be incurred when the goods are returned in resaleable condition.
If the unit has been registered it is therefore considered used and a 40% restocking fee will be chargeable.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage, the original outgoing postage will be refunded.
If cancelling the order before the goods have shipped then you must inform Aviation Technology & Hardware Ltd by email, letter or fax. A full refund will then be issued.
Good are usually shipped the same day or next day, so this will have to be almost immediately.
PilotAware Classic is delivered Royal Mail Special Delivery so that it is insured and tracked.
Delivery timescales are next working day from the despatch date and we despatch most days, so expect your unit to be with you within 2 working days.
This costs £8.25 for the postage and packing costs.
Bridges are sent as small parcels Royal Mail Signed for so they are tracked and insured.
This costs £4.90 for postage and packing costs.
